The Washington University Police and Parking Services, in partnership with Woodard’s Automotive, will once again sponsor a free traveler’s vehicle inspection service to students, faculty and staff. Woodard’s staff will check tire pressure, fluid levels, wipers, and head and taillights.
This service is free for students, faculty and staff. Bring your vehicle into Woodard’s any time Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. from December 7–18.
Woodard’s is located at 7360 Forsyth, across from the MetroLink station. Woodard’s is also offering to perform a more detailed check-up, which includes a brake inspection, free of charge. Please call Woodard’s at 314-725-7558 to schedule this service and allow your vehicle to remain for half the day.
This is a great, quick, and easy opportunity for members of our campus community to get their vehicles inspected and help ensure they have a safe trip over the upcoming Winter break. For more information, contact Sgt. Geoff Himstedt in the WUPD Crime Prevention Office at 314-935-5084 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
